Poverty Reduction
The average Ethiopian exists on just £1 a day and 39% of the population live below the poverty line. It needn't be like this. We support projects that work to provide not just a living, but also a livelihood for people in desperate need. From a small community centre for destitute elders to a project that is building safe homes with the help of local people, our projects are working tirelessly to provide the basic facilities and provisions that many of us take for granted. With your help they can continue to do this and raise people in Ethiopia out of poverty.
Children Aid Ethiopia (Chad-Et)
Chad-Et has two main aims - to protect and rehabilitate children exposed to sexual exploitation and to prevent the transmission of HIV/AIDS. Read on for more details.

Ethiopiaid works with the DEWADA to help improve the lives of impoverished elderly people who simply have nowhere else to turn. Read on for more details.

Ethiopiaid has been working with Mother Teresa's Missionaries of Charity in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia since 1993. Ethiopiaid has extended funding to the Mission's work in Dire Dawa. Read on for more details.
